Portion sizing tool

First, I will use the portion sizing tool to see how much i should eat.

Age: 18 (i'll just use 18 because the minimum is 18 years old)
Height: 1.57m
Weight: 56kg
Occupation level: You have a light activity job whereby you sit most of the time e.g. office worker.
Physical Activity Level: You engage in vigorous physical activities like climbing hills; aerobics; body building; jogging; soccer; tennis, basketball, lap swimming or other competitive sports.

There are some food items that are not in the list... like
Red bean pancake replaced with red bean bread
Fried macaroni replaced with fried hor fun
No potato wedges:(
No egg and ham sandwich:( i only put 2 slices of wholmeal bread
No plum...putting grapes instead...
