So this evaluations shows that on my first day of tracking 18/8, i should have eaten less fatty food like the cookies and the sweetened drinks. I should have also eaten two servings of fruits instead of one. It was good that i had eaten wholemeal bread. The economic rice part was alright because i had two vegetable dishes - french bean and carrots - and a meat item - fish-. So all in all the diet on 18/8 was okay...
