Reflections on 20/8 food suggestions

I have really been snacking too much and eating alot of food high in fats recently! I have to start eating healthier and eating more fruits and stop eating uneccessary things like prawn crackers, popcorn etc.

I guess it is good that i eat proper food during meal times and i start my day right by eating a healthy breakfast, eating proper food for lunch and usually half a plate of economic rice for dinner. But i really have to discipline myself to stop snacking throughout the course of the day! It is really unhealthy...

Continue eating more fruits!
